Pair is a 0".7 equal-flux K7V2 binary. Torres et al. (2006 A&A 460, |

695) found strong Halpha emission and lithium absorption. Age is |
|
|
consistent with that of the Pleiades, so an age range of 50-200 Myr |
|
|
is adopted for this system. |
